The solution
Adtech Gmbh uses DigiWhat as tool to set up a process, that every project ends up in a case study with 60% reduction of time and effort.
The marketing department of the customer uses DigiWhat by sending out a link to the endcustomer of the project. This link contains a short feedback form (customer completion time around 8 mins) and gains important feedback for a customer centric case study. When the customer answerd the questionaire, the marketing manager gets an alert via e-mail. The customer implemented this as an operational process for every closed project, so all endcustomers will get a feedback link after 2 month of the closing date. At this point the marketing manager from Adtech shares the link with his collegues, that took part in the project and asks them to fill out the individual sections, such as Tech and Business, what takes around 10-20 mins for each collegue. The draft of the case study will show up in a preview, so the marketing manager can make his changes and finalize the case. Adtech uses the case studies on their website, to share it within LinkedIn as content marketing and
