Keeping track of a large network of innovative solution providers and matching the right ones to actual challanges took a big manual effort. But how to select faster the right soution providers for a specific problem?
IT Consulting Corp provides individual development solutions to manifacturing customers. It was rewarded two times in a row as "most innovative solution provider" in Europe.The service and software provider was primarily known in the field of standard software, but many potential end customers were not aware that they also solved many individual problems with innovative software development. IT Service Corp. was aware, that they could replicate sales by communicating every project and their expertise they gained by solving a special problem. As a result, economies of scale could not be exploited and the potential for relevant content for marketing was not realized.
The solution
DigiWhat is the first tool to generate an scollable calatogue of the problems solved by solution providers
The software implements automatically a process for the creation, that optimizes the time invest from all stakeholders. The information collection tool helps to gather all the information from the endcustomer, project lead, tech and all other relevant stake holders. Marketing gets all information already gathered in a preview and only has to optimize and review the text and get approval for the final case from the endcustomer. It is also possible to create great Case Studies without endcustomer participation. The ready content can be published e.g. on the website and with one click be shared via social media, integrated in a newsletter or downloaded via pdf.
